Our firm is a pioneer law firm in the field of Real Estate Contracts Engineering particularly for giant complexes and huge projects. The real estate contracts engineering is considered as a new type of innovative contracts designed for the giant projects in general and for real estate projects related to the activities of Hajj and Umrah in the region of the two Holy Mosques in particular, according to new different needs, conditions and governing local and global rules.
These contracts start with simple monocular contracts such as renewable lease contracts and end with long term investment contracts, tens of the contracting forms and complicated contracts do exist among them, including more than one contract in the same agreement and each contract is associated and depending on the other within the comprehensive main agreement.
Some of these contracts are only for the private individual utilization while some others are long term investment contracts. A third type is for the purposes of finance through leasing and re-leasing or through diminishing partnership. A fourth type includes what mentioned previously in addition to management and sharing the profits of this management in a form allowing distribution of the total profits of the contract.
